Are there other ways to donate?
YES!
You can donate to CASA Project Worcester County through a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF). DAFs are a simple, flexible, and tax-advantageous way to give to charities of your choice. This is an excellent option for donors who consistently and generously support their favorite charities.
Another option is to make a gift using your IRA! This is known as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). This is a tax-free withdrawal, but must be a direct transfer (electronic transfer or written check) from your IRA to your chosen charity. If this option is of interest to you, contact your IRA custodian!
CASA Project Worcester County is grateful for the support from any and all donation avenues!
What Your Donation Can Do.
For every child we stand with and fight for, there are two we cannot help…yet.
For each additional case supervisor that we add to our staff, we are able to help create opportunities to find safe homes for and offer brighter futures to 30-75 more children each year!
For every $1,000 increase in annual donations (just $85 per month), one additional child or sibling group can be partnered with a CASA Volunteer of their own.
CASA Project Worcester County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Every dollar you donate goes straight to aiding Worcester County’s neediest children.
And, your gifts are 100% tax deductible!
