CASA Project Worcester County is proud to welcome a remarkable new class of volunteers who have successfully completed their training, the first group to experience in-person sessions since before COVID. This cohort brings together an incredible breadth of backgrounds and perspectives, including medical professionals, several dedicated educators, and even an individual who once had a CASA while growing up in foster care. Their shared commitment to advocating for children is both inspiring and energizing. We are thrilled to have such a passionate and diverse group join the CASA volunteer team and look forward to the meaningful impact they will make in the lives of children throughout Worcester County.

Are you interested in becoming a CASA volunteer?

Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers come from many different backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you are an industry leader, an invested community member, and/or someone with personal foster care experience, YOU can change a child’s story. The only requirements to apply are to share our commitment to unbiased, fact-based advocacy for the best interests of children, be over 21 years of age, and pass a background check. CASA Project Worcester County provides the necessary tools, training, and oversight to support a positive and transformative experience.

We strive to connect the youth we serve with volunteers who can best relate to, represent, and connect with them including those who are multilingual, BIPOC, and/or members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
